The brief includes making over a current living room space, bedrooms, kitchens, bathrooms and outside living area and converting a backyard grassed/ pool area for recreational and entertaining purpose for a shared house for independent accommodation for overseas students studying in Australia, mainly from Japan.

The prizes include print coverage in a few of Australia’s leading design magazines for the 1st place and runners up.
